Holiday Club 2022

St Mary’s, Gainford has been putting together exciting holiday club events every summer for quite some years now and this year was no different!  It was great to welcome 25 children to the annual event this year over an event that lasted for three afternoons – with the theme being God’s Creation.

“We had the best time at holiday club. The team are all so friendly and helpful, they create brilliant activities for us to do.
We have amazing teas and snacks. Our favourite activities were decorating the stars posters and making the boat pictures.

Over the three days the children attending did a series of activities which were fun, engaging and also usually involved a snack – a huge thank you to all of the adults who attended the event days and helped run the activities, organise food, and everything else which goes in to preparing all of the various fun filled holday clubs!  We’ll be back again next year!
